How To Cook Samphire

There are three types of cooking samphire.
Blanch samphire
The most common way to cook samphire is blanching. It is a very easy and quick way to cook it. In this way the freshness of samphire will certainly remain. Take some water and add the pieces of samphire in it. Blanch it for 5 to 10 minutes.
Steam
Steaming samphire is a common way. Most people like to eat steaming samphire. Cut the stems and wash the samphire in water properly. So that the sand will certainly be removed. Fill the steamer bottom with water and add samphire to it. Take a steamer basket and put the pot in the basket for 10 to 15 minutes. Use some oil and black pepper and avoid using salt.
Fry
